It's pretty good for a fight in the low twenties. Bubble gets boosted by rain, stab, and water bubble until the power is 180 when neutral. Leech life has a decent base power, especially for this point in the game and adds recovery. Aurora beam is there to counter the owl, and it's an egg move. Bite is filler. On top of that there's the speed boost and the wacan berry for electric types. Not to mention the allies who both try to make it outspeed you. You definitely can beat it regularly, and if you look around, you could find flynium z. I think that it's a good balance though.
