>>35674606Nah, they'll stick with the normal cries. They put the effort into making all sorts of happy and sad variants for Amie/Refresh, they won't just be trashing those. Pikachu's will stay the same because it's so iconic but the others won't go the way of the anime, especially since they'd have to do Japanese and English versions. Pikachu just happens to be the same for both. I could see them taking the time to update some of the cries, especially the earlier ones that sound pretty similar. Just adding a bit more definition and making them sound more unique would help a lot.
