It's done in the same style as the Alolan Starter leaks, which a lot of peoples are already comparing it to as a result. The leaks were finalised design reference sheets(not concept art) for the 3D modelers that made it into a large, professional collection put into the Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Essentials Artbook. It's just a bit unusual to me for something that looks like it's supposed to be a finished referential piece done by professional artist hired by a multi-million dollar company and look so novice.
