>>35688492That's fine. Glalie is supposed to be the same size as you (4'11"), and it seems to be if you put it at eye level to the player. Mega Glalie is 6'11", so it's pretty big.
Blame the anime for making Glalie very, very tiny. We've had instances of abnormally sized Pokemon before (such as Ash's Noctowl, which was outright confirmed to be smaller than other members of its species), but Glalie is probably an animation error.
