To answer OP, they’re pretty ok. Their special episode was great and the Aegis Cave sidewuest was fun, overall pretty good. Kinda wish I could battle them or something after reaching Guildmaster Rank, same with Team Raider.

I mean, I get it. Gardevoir comes off as the more motherly Pokemon and not the "Treasure hunter" type of character. But you shouldn't stereotype Pokemon that way. If we're going by Pokemon stereotypes then neither Lopunny or Medicham are selfish treasure hunters either "Because I said so"

Gardevoir is all about being selfless and protective. It debuted in the main games as the ace of a sick child, and the previous MD game portrayed it as a full on guardian angel ffs. It's baffling to see it as a pokemon version of Charlie's Angels.

Medicham is the only cool one of the bunch. Gardevoir is a loser and its personality is basically "Doormat girlfriend looking for an abusive co-dependent relationship: The pokemon". Lopunny is a slutty looking rabbit with giant ugly eyebrows like my grandpa. Medicham is actually cool. It fights with both obdy andm ind and can survive on little or no food by sheer willpower.

At least the other two get slightly better by being in the same picture as medicham. But only slightly.
