I've been playing it, and a lot of things seem pretty flawed. Breeding's stupid and the flashy whale cosmetics are downright ugly to look at, despite everyone else using it. The novelty factor of seeing other trainers, walking Pokemon and having Gen VI-type online is nice, at least, but the flaws just make everything into an average experience instead of a flat improvement.
