my main gripe is the incredibly dumbed down wild pokemon battles, if you can even call them that anymore, most of everything else looks fine

As a spinoff, it must be one of the best spinoffs the series has seen,

And I'm sure I would have loved it as a kid.

Now, I'll wait for the actual core game in 2019 before I buy a Switch

Wild pokemon battles are a bit iffy though, but seeing as how that core game coming in 2019 tweet is going around, I'm not really complaining. It's honestly harmless fun

Games look nice, but I'm not a Gofag. I don't play Pokemon Go, have no interest in mobileshit games that way, and never will. I just hope my dislike for that crap doesn't prevent the full experience in these. My mother plays it quite often though. I may go full Team Rocket and take some of hers if I need to use Go to play LGP/E.
