why are you pissant faggots arguing over the petty semantics of what constitutes a "core series title" when every news outlet & official pokemon social media account has already BLATANTLY and PLAINLY stated that another core game is coming out in 2019 that'll be more like a "normal" pokemon series game.

literally the only thing that this whole thing suggests is that game freak has chosen to split the franchise into two different "cores" -- one for the casual/kids/Go demographic, and one for the older/hardcore fans. if anything, this means that when we DO get the next core title in 2019 it'll have less of the handholdy tutorial bullshit you all get your panties in a bunch over, more emphasis on battling, possibly even nonlinear gamplay. etc etc. stop pissing your pants already, it's embarassing
