Are we basically getting Pokémon Casual and Pokémon Competitive with the let’s go and 2019 release? Are these two versions of this generation?

It gives me a little bit of hope that the next main games won't be as poor as the past few gens. Splitting up the casual and ""hardcore"" fanbase could be just the ticket to saving Pokemon.
