So fucking what? Game Freak already announced we are getting more Standard Pokemon games next year.

You guys are just whining for the sake of whining, LGP/E are just casual games that you don't have to buy, it's just to hold off people until next year and get a bigger install base for Pokemon 2019.
Who cares if it's a Spin-off or Core game?

Look I enjoy Gen 1, but I honestly think Gen 2 is better. I am currently playing through the games to see what the others are like.

I never beat Gen 1 as a kid, so I have no Nostalgia outside of hazy memories of Routes and pokemon.

Games are taking longer and longer to develop as companies buy more and more into the bullshit real life graphics - fun game meme.

Once these games do well, and they will do well, Game Freak will see another chance to be even lazier cocksucking bastards than they've been for years now AND will eventually come to realize they can't keep up two separate core RPG series with any consistency.

Nintendo has come to only be producing the one system this time for a reason - two systems is too many in a world where companies listen to graphicsfags and two games is basically the same thing as having two systems.

This WILL overtake the main series. If Gen 10 has anything in common with Gen 1 you'll be lucky you naive fuck.
