If it had anything to do with using your own Pokemon, it'd be called "Call", "Summon", "Send Out", literally anything but the ambiguous "Help"/
The "Help" selection will simply re-explain the GO throwing mechanics for kids who didn't play it, like how you're supposed to throw the ball when the circle is green. There's no battling wild Pokemon, give it up.
