Adoptions and step-siblings are not incest because only a mental invalid uses it to mean something other than biological relatives.
I have no idea what chosenshipping is, but if it's player character shipping (that's the only thing that comes to mind) then obviously it is incest. Same parents means they are siblings, even if they don't exist in the same dimension.
