we havent an influx of beta pokemon info at all, people just care more now because its related to gen 1/2 and its beta pokemon designs instead of just general info or small scrapped things. the gold beta dump is huge though

We absolutely have, considering over the franchise's two decade history there's barely any. Suddenly Sugimori, Nishida are talking about Gorochu, Tajiri's bio-manga features scrapped designs (and is then tweeted out by Turner) and the fucking Spaceworld demo leaks? All in the same month as Let's Go are announced? Something's up.

The betamons/Gorochu and Gold beta are just a coincidence. The only reason Gold got out there was because of that dude's death, Nintendo/GF/TCPi definitely didn't have anything to do with it.

Spaceworld leak is a huge hoax. GF intend to put these evos/prevos in Let's Go, and thinking that they were always there fans will have easier time to swallow it. They made the idea hip.
