The concept is really cool but the design is confusing. Anchors make you sink, why would a shark use it as a fin?
Sharpedo is probably the end result of this concept anyways.

This guy is both beta Sharpedo and beta Dhelmise.
It's a shame they kept Sharpedo as just a half shark when its Mega would have been the perfect chance to reference the original design

Besides Sharpedo, I think that parts of the design of the anchor-tailed shark and the deep sea fish right after it may have found their way into Huntail and Gorebyss.
