before this beta would have existed there were designs that were more final than this.
suicune/raikou should be one pokemon here, tyranitar should be present, the design was almost finalized, the turtle should be here, and there was a more similar pokemon to hitmontop existing instead of the shit that’s there.
also literally all of the fakemon have a different art style

he’s just riding on the hype of the leaked gen 1 designs that were recently released in that comic. he can’t leak anything new without it being discredited, so he’s posting something “old” which can’t be confirmed as fake.
