aside from the wild battles being different, i think this will be decent. idk how well the local two player will work, but if it works well we might see it in future pokémon games. i’m pretty disappointed that it’s kanto, but at least we get pokemon following you. hopefully that will stay

It's the next step for the casuals following Pokemon Go while being an excuse to get Pokemon on the system now.

This isnt a Paper Mario Sticker Star/Color Splash situation where they split the fanbase specifically for one crowd because they literally called it what it is and announced the Traditional game for next year.

I basically have no interest and no reason to complain because i know for a fact this game isnt for me and im getting my game next year

this is why I don't get the angst over this game. it's not like they're calling it Gen 8 or saying "This is what all games are going to be like from now on"...it's a spin-off. it's like getting mad at Pokemon Snap or Gale of Darkness.

Pokemon LITERALLY makes more money than any multimedia franchise ever. Pokemon games sell over5 million easy without being expensive to create in the slightest, why the fuck do you think Pokemon would die if it didn't suck Kanto dick so hard?
