Extreme Bulk/recovery+accuracy hax. Octopi can grow back tentacles and shit, so some ability relating to that would be neat. Maybe using stat boosters also recovers hp? Or else being effected by a status effect causes 1/4 or 1/8 hp to be restored every turn, whichever is more balanced.

Nah, I think that would kind of defeat the purpose. Mega Octillery would be like an immovable wall in my imagination, and having to retreat it in order to heal would be fighting against that. However, if Octillery was more of an offensive tank, >>35751788 + Regenerator would be neat.
