He's supposed to make the best use of Curse, so I think Mean Look, Curse and Pain Split would be his staples.
For an NFE Gen II Pokemon he might only have mid 300's stats, but that could be alleviated with Eviolite and Pranskter for an HA.

So basically he gains 40 over 2 stats and loses 40 on one, and a new typing like Scizor.

Unlike Scizor though he gains in speed and loses defense, making him more a sweeper than a tank.

I'm ignoring the evolution because it's prevo is much better designed. I went with the Mimikyu motif because with a relatively bad typing like Ice/Ghost Disguise would be vastly better than Fur Coat in terms of competitive viability. I also chose it as a special attacker so that it wouldn't have the exact same stats as Mimikyu.
