WW was a full fledged adventure in a new setting. This is the 5th revisit to Kanto with no changes to the region, cut mechancis and over 600 Pokemon missing for no good reason.

That's still more than what LGPE is. We're not even getting Sevii Islands since it's a remake of Yellow and not FRLG.
Imagine if Wind Waker was exactly the same game as OoT with a fresh coat of paint but there was no time travelling and you had unlimited potions and faries. That's what LGPE is.
