This is 100% serious. STOP playing the G/S beta. Stop spreading the content. You're sowing distrust between the community and Gamefreak/Nintendo. It may seem like a great idea now, but in the long term all it means is even less transparency from the developers in future releases and it shows that we're willing to steal their content, release it, and dig through it without their permission all to assume their thought processes without their input.
I understand the desire, I really, really do. And I'm a huge Gen 2 fan. But this is wrong, and I know most of you understand that if you stop and think about it. Gamefreak knows about /vp/. Hell, they probably selectively leak here like they did on April 1st to control the narrative. The more we go around their backs, the worse it's gonna get. So I'm imploring the community — rise above. Overcome your deep-seeded desires. Please.r
