It's still a beta, and therefore unfinished.

It could've been intended, and unfinished before being scrapped.

Or it could've been intended, then scrapped and changed to their own line of Pokemon. Who knows, It's a theory you asshole.

they're not entirely unrelated, koban cats are often depicted with bells alongside or instead of coins. definitely a counterpart, if not a split evo.

whats great about these two is that Poliwrath was suppose to evolve with the Kings Rock which was orginally intended according to other leaks.While Politoad in this game evovles with the Heart Stone showing how it never was suppose to evolve with the kings rock. .
