I'm the anon who tried the game with Stadium Kin Gin.

When I found that Stadium 2 actually recognized the game, I found this weird.
I mean, the games are supposedly something unique, right?
Yet Stadium recognizes it as a legit Gold cart, while Silver (left) isn't recognized at all, it seems. If anything, Stadium should recognize the games as Red & Green, as they were supposedly built over Red & Green.
This is what happens when you try to connect a romhack to Stadium. It recognizes the game as the original game they were modifyied from.

We should investigate this as this may be the key to prove the betas as fakes or not.
Pokémon Stadium identifies the games by their headers. Some people even managed to play other Game Boy games in GB Tower by modifying the rom headers.
