>>35759690I do lean toward someone having access to the original files and not prototype cartridges, mostly because of the sheer number of different ROMs. Just one non-debug ROM I could see being from a collector, maybe even both the Gold and Silver non-debug, but to have a debug and non-debug versions of the very same builds would be incredibly unlikely.
