As a convenient method of bumping this thread: I'll tell you mine.

OK so I'd probably start off with the basic Grunt mons, but slowly rise up the ranks to become admin.
I'd totally be a Water specialist, with Rain Dance as a main gimmick and always fighting in Double Battles, even when alone.

I thought of the idea of an evil scientist admin, similar to Colress, who tests out multiple different teams on the protagonist over the course of the game in double battles. So like an all-catmon team, a rain team, an Aurora Veil team, a full eviolite team, and a defensive stally team.
