I know were doing this one at a time but if I may, I'd recommend this stat spread:
>HP: 65
>Attack: 115
>Defense: 90
>Special Attack: 70
>Special Defense: 100
>Speed: 145
Combo together with its Serene Grace Iron Heads and maybe even give it U-Turn and suddenly, Persian becomes a flinch happy scout. As for a Normal stab, let it use Headbutt
