Magic Bounce is a hilariously broken ability, the only issue is that none of the bounce users except for msab have been tanky before, if xatu became a truck it'd be way too good for every lower tier immediately.
570 bst with a broken ability and it's pretty much on par with the average powerlevel for an ou mon.
