not a beta but wish it were real.
It’d be a waste to create a model for something that won’t be used...(Actually there is Unused areas in XY so um yeah)but i think for the 3D Model generations they had to carefully plan things out before male models for Mon’s that won’t make the game

True but we probably won’t see them until like 5-10 years from now. I do believe they have multiple scrapped Mégas and Alolan Formes

Christ that image is outdated now. All the gen 2 stuff is fan art, they missed off Shellos' sprite, and there's plenty more artwork out there too

They did mention that M-Flygon didn't happen because they couldn't come up with a design they liked enough. That means that there are several scrapped designs in a folder somewhere in Gamefreak HQ
