Pidgey + Hoohoot = this guy. Regardless, would've been a cool middle stage -- or mix it with Noctowl's features for an interesting Mega that plays on its earlier stage a bit.

I really would like beta Sneasel, it's got such an innocent look for what's most likely a complete asshole and that's something surprisingly absent from Dark types.
