Not the other anon but she couldn't have been in your main team for many of the games because you had to first beat the game in order to transfer the Pokemon over. For example in BW

I define a my overall "main team" to be the team I keep across games. Once I beat the league in any new Pokemon game I box my story team and bring in my "main team".

I realise the wording was awkward.

Do you get any special ribbons from Colosseum pokemon? Never beat that game but I have all the means to transfer pokemon from it to gen 7, which I realize is a very lengthy process

Heck, I've transferred emulated Crystal Pokemon to retail ORAS thanks to one of the great Gen 1-3 tools (those 700~900 total "approximated" EVs ha ha). Skipping Gen 5 proved advantageous, since the easiest way to move Gen 4 Pokemon is to back up your save, thus leaving my Pearl Battle Revolution/Tower ready.
