You realize that "baby" is a label only given to pre-evolutions added in later generations, right? It's not even an official in-game term, it's just what the fanbase calls it. I don't understand the autism behind your desire for this. What would Ralts being considered a "baby" accomplish that isn't accomplished now?

Arbok, Farfetch'd, Dunsparce, Magcargo, Basculin, Komala, Tropius, Chimecho and Chatot could all use evolutions.
Split evos need to come back again, make the Tangela evolution a split with the beta Gold one, can think of a few more like for Surskit, Vigoroth and Pawniard with more a pondskater, more active sloth with lower BST and a knight or some shit.
