If I remember correctly to unlock the different caves you had to travel to that underwater thing, have that stone fish (I’m from Germany I don’t know the English names) in the 6th position and that big whale Pokémon in the 1st (or vice versa idk) and have the stone fish use earthquake randomly to trigger the “event”.
Then once you found the caves you had to walk like 4 steps, leave, walk back in again, use the hm, walk out, walk in again and then there would appear one of the regis.
What was the exact thought process behind this again
