This just the reduces RNG and means his pokemon pick actually good moves for the most part instead of screeching at you. Though Sidney has pretty decent movesets on his mons.

He was pretty memorable as far as i can remember. His team had much more diversity than lances le 3 dragonites. Also Lace gets too much credit cuz hes the first dragon master and all that.

I'm talking about Gen I Lance.
Salamence is pretty much Hoenn's Dragonite (pseudo/ Dragon flying). He had two Flygon instead of two Dragonair. But he also had Shelgon. Both are the last E4 member, dragon type users and have some kind of cape.
