So, GF designs a new Pokemon for Gen 2, then doesn't put him in the demo nor in the actual game (which are both vastly different products with vastly different Pokemon), and still chooses to release him in Gen 5 with almost no changes to its design?

How did they even get away with stuff like this? You could just imagine the outrage if GF teases new Pokemon in a Gen 8 trailer that are never actually put into the games when they're out.
