The fire starters I would add as a two-stage mon, a non-starter. With a bit of modification to not look like Arcanine and more like a mouse-rabbit.
Water line I would fix them to avoid the "Gets bigger" implications. Probably would try to change the mono-palette with some soft-pinks so then the gem can be an opal.
I really love Tangela evo and prevo. Adding to the roster, sadly, I would only add the evolution as a regional form for Tangrowth.
Proto-mantine would probably work better as pure flying mon. I would try to fix its eyes a bit and make the tail flowier.
Qwilfish evo I enjoy, but I feel it's just bigger. I would try to make some of the spines a bit more "horn"-like.
The shark, for me, could be a weird evolution for Dhelmise. YES. The grass is now a shark.
Girafarig as a regional form.
The black cat needs a bit of work in terms of proportions, in the tail mostly.
Cloyster regional form, same with Octillery.
Fire-seal, as is. MAYBE spitting fire from its nose.
Electiger ALMOST as is. I would try to work those rays in the belly as more natural. Tail taking shape as zap as well, being a bit more obvious.
Farfetch'd evo: Less swanish and more standing, but otherwise awesome.
Vampire-panda as is, with a different pose, not that leaned forward.
Alternate Snorunt as-is, as a different line. Ice/Ground, since it's a mole.
Alternate Porygon2, modified a bit to make the body a bit more ovalesque instead of a sphere. And the tail not that long.
Lickitungevo is tricky: I don't like Lickylicky and I like this more, but I feel It needs more works.
None of the legendaries, although I would make proto-suicine a different pokemon, single line. Fairy. Green-blue combination.
