>>35788950BWAHAHA, you actually believe that. Sad.
The reality is, they're tediously sterile, painfully generic, and have no real charm or personality to speak of. N's story is easily the most robust, thoughtful, and coherent of the entire series to date, but that isn't saying much. It's as prosaic as is Ghetsis' part in it and that is quite literally one of the painfully few things going for it.
Which hasn't even gotten into the design. The Unova region is disgustingly drab and generic and even the towns have no visible interest in them. And even the handful of interesting and new Pokemon couldn't save what really came across like a game designed by template and through the lens of someone that hadn't even seen a Pokemon game before.
And don't even get me started on the bullshit post-game situation. The last time it was this bad was in Generation II but even then there was another region at least and the remakes helped a bit.
All in all, Black and White tried a bit harder in certain respects, but more than not at all isn't accomplishing much when everything else in the experience looks like it was taken from a generic RPG builder toolkit with built-in asset packs.
Generation V isn't even cancer. It's just a big load of nothing. It's Generation III-- again but lacking any semblance of the Pokemon spirit and personality. It is the husk of a competent Pokemon game. It has and is nothing.
