Alright, with a bit of statistic autism, I've come up with what may be a fairer result.

Now let us assume that the remaining 183 votes are relatively clean; Misty received 18 5s in that remaining 183, which accounts for about 9.8% of what's left. If we divide the total 271 by 9.8, we get approximately 28 5s for Misty, 9 lower than her original 37.
9 x 5 = 45
370 - 45 = 325
Which would move her down to third spot. But then there's the possibility of both Dawn and May having received multiple votes from one person too, so it's all very close either way.
Maybe I should just not be autistic and leave it as is.
