If you were trying to express that it was stupid, you should be comparing it to a larger group and saying it's the most stupid out of that group - for example, "it's the most stupid thing since making Flash an HM."
As it is, you basically didn't make a meaningful comparison; from your word choice and sentence structure, I would guess you were trying to go for hyperbole, but you really didn't say anything big at all.
