How would you all feel about Psychic moves all innately having infiltrator if used by psychic pokemon, and all grass pokemon having 1/8th recovery in sunny weather?

Would be cool.

I feel like this would make more sense in rainy weather, give them all a passive Rain Dish. Sunny Weather should boost either speed or both attacking stats.
