It could still get salvageable with some more additions to its movepool. I would consider:
Dragon tail, to add some utility. Good role compression as a healer and a phazer.
Sleep powder, no idea why it doesnt have this already
Trop kick, I mean it isn't any less tropical themed than Tsareena and as a bulkier pokemon the guaranteed atk drop could actually be useful. It would be an unusual addition to its strat that would give it more of a niche
Seed Flare, wouldn't be as overpowered as grass snek
It's HA is shit too. Natural cure would be a medium powered upgrade that would at least let it be more similar to other clerics. And for a great HA that would give it a well defined role, sweet veil, which would make sense for a flower brontosaurus and make it untauntable.
