What are some pokemon with passionate, dedicated fans, whose fans DON'T just want to fuck the pokemon?
Most of generals dedicated to a specific pokemon that appear here are for Gardevoir, Lopunny, Braixen and other pokemon sex symbols.
What mons just get platonic love?

I'm a (somewhat) dedicated fan, and I don't want to fuck any of the Pokemon. I'd rather have them as bros, like a sentient dog or cat.
That said, I do want to fuck the pokegirls, who are the sole reason I still hold out hope for the series.

I feel this as an Incineroar fan. There has been a genuine and undeniable uptick of non-lewd, non-shitty fanart involving it, thankfully. But it's aggravating to see it as just a cat on two legs and a inclination for aggression vs endless hate on it. I'm hoping Incineroar manages low-key bro status to people once Gen VII passes.

I feel like over the years Pokemon fandom in general has gotten a lot more bitter and trashy all at once, though.

You're not alone bro. I really like Tigers and wrestling. Tiger Mask (the original one) is one of my favorite wrestlers and I really enjoyed his matches with Dynamite kid. I really like Incineroar's design, and I don't want to fuck it or anything. It's one of my all time favorites and I hope it appears in the anime again soon.
