I hated it because the cutscenes are intrusive and long, the gameplay takes too long to begin and the memory leak meant i was saving and restarting every 10 minutes.
The in combat visuals are ass, they're going for something they can not pull off.
Looking at the concept art the new pokemon designs are god awful. Especially the megas.
There are minor tiling issues that i managed to find by accident.
The only redeeming trait is the overworld visuals are pretty good but its the main cause of the biggest problems in the game.

This should not have been 9 years in the making. Not everything is about The Gays™ you double nigger.

It was entertaining but it was very deeply flawed:

With no "bosses", no proper milestones, there is no sense of reward nor progress. Getting to the top of the tower was calling for a climax, but you just get an npc telling you some lore and a new pokémon, and then everything keeps going. Most things are resolved without you doing much, or by doing very simple tasks such as "find x and interact with it".

The concepts are very interesting and hopefully by episode 2 they've fixed a lot of this, but right now the execution is very flawed.

I couldn't care less about gay NPCs or tranny youngsters. What I can't stand is unskippable tutorials. They could've just said "This game plays like FireRed but there are sidequests and there's a few hotkeys" and leave the player to figure it out on their own. But noooooooo. Before you can even get your starter you have to mash through 20 minutes of dialogue that doesn't amount to anything important.

I have a beast of a machine and this game won't run without lag enough for me to enjoy it. Once I got the Pokestrap, it slowed to a crawl.

The game's graphics are really nice, but...honestly?

The game feels kind of sterile. I'm not sure how to put it. You put it into words pretty well, but it just feels...lifeless. Like, the setting's definitely there to create a more vibrant, interesting world, but something about the whole game just feels dull.

I played the whole game and this wasent in it.
Games fine, the only bad qualities were the lag and long dialogue sections.
The gay couple was in a park/forest you had to go off the main track to find, and the whole nidoran x shiny nidoran thing wasent even a love story

i suggested this years ago when they were asking and thats what they went with, funny it's still the same.
