>>35835896>Stealing flags can reward you with decorations, the ability to remove rocks and even a trainer card star,You could simply buy them before from the Game Corner, Lilicove, Slateport or the Frontier without relying on someone else to play with. Also the underground had input lag making it ridiculous to play to begin with if you had more than one person.
Oh and tying rock removal and a trainer card star to it isn't a positive it just means you're forced to play it if you want that 100% completion.
>It definitely requires more time and effortTime, yes. Effort, no. I already explained why in the previous post.
>and all require some sort of contribution from the playerAnon that doesn't mean they're harder by any means. Again, the AI was significantly dumbed down in the Gen 4 contests. They mess up on the incredibly easy DDR segments essentially giving you free points. As for the dress up you can cover your bases just by using the items given to you from winning the previous levels. Every item regardless of theme also gives you points as well meaning you can use anything and win with no effort.
>The Pike and Palace still heavily rely on luck.Again, the Pike tells you what's coming, if you know what you're doing you can avoid battles and statuses easily.
>Battle Dome, Arena, Palace and FactoryTournament format where the trainers have specific styles of play pulled from an entirely different pool of pokemon than the other facilities.
Three turn point based format where you're judged on three factors(HP, Accuracy, Offense) if you haven't knocked out the opposing Pokemon in three turns
Palace is RNG determined by the nature of the Pokemon
Factory is rentals.
The closest one to the tower format is the factory. Whereas in gen 4 it's all just the tower and some pointless gimmick that rarely affects the battle. Even the Arcade can be timed by the player so nothing happens or you can push the detriment on to the opponent making it the easiest facility
