Sorta 5 at least 5 gave a shit about the in game legends the only ones that had issues imo were the mythicals and at least there forms had something special to do for them

I have adapted to the run button so much that I naturally hold down B whenever I move around in a video game. I feel like a toggle button would fuck me up badly. Barring that, however, you're pretty spot-on to my wants.

Gen 4 and 5 had atleast these events that mentioned the pokemon's origins and you actually had to catch them.
Fucking gen VI and on just have them there to promote new movies and give them to you without any explanation or side quest

- gen 1 graphics

- your starter is a shedinja and it only knows tackle and foresight and you can't teach it anything else, good news is that it has 1000 HP but only does 1 damage

- gym leaders have lvl 100 pokemon

- your rival has a fire type

- region is a single line, meaning you will be walking in a single line through grass until you reach the gym leader

- Baby pokemon are only common in the wild and you can't evolve them until you defeated the champion
- Horrible UI

- 2 hour long cut-scenes

- No post game, EXP. Share, pokemon center or mart

- No plot

I think 4 ruined them for me. Too many side legendaries, the sub trio was made up of samefags, and the main duo looked hideous.
