Yeah but Isn't Dhelmise just a ghost possessing seaweed that has attached itself to a ships steering wheel? I mean sure it's sort of an anchor, but in concept they are completely different, about as different as you can be.

Actually Anchorage is one of the few mons that didn't have placeholder stats, it had 110 attack and speed, but low bulk.
