It's maybe about 60% done.
Post game is still really barren and even though I love that they're currently working on the Sevii islands, I wish they would finish Rijon first.

Definitely.
Like I said, there is pretty much no postgame yet but you still get to explore a lot of areas.
And the game has more content pre-E4 than any other mainline Pokemon game so it's not like that it really feels unfinished.
