Friendly reminder that you should throw away any hopes you have for the 2019 game. Chances are no matter what they are, you'll be let down, especially with GameFreak's current track record.
So don't even bother thinking it'll be half-decent.

What’s with the hyperbolic pessimism? We wouldn’t be here if we didn’t believe gamefreak could deliver eventually. Abandoning hope pretty much means leaving the franchise, I don’t plan on doing that soon

The game could have GB RBY pixels for all I care. I personally care about gameplay first and foremost. Graphics are a shallow, skin-deep trait that don't make a game any better unless it has actually good gameplay. A piece of shit decorated with bells, whistles, sparkles and visual appeal is still a piece of shit.

No it doesn't. I've lost all hope and know how this is going to turn out. I've zero doubt Gen 10 = the beginning of new Let's go regions.

But I'm still here because not buying the new shit doesn't mean I suddenly stopped liking the old shit. Or that I'm not open to buying them again if they stop fucking up. Or that I'm not going to criticize all of their stupid decisions with the new ones along the way even if they never smarten up.
