Caught a shiny of a pokemon i dislike without cheating on an emulator while I was taking a shit. Feels meh.
Wish I had gotten one on a cart as a kid.
Sorry /vp/, wasn't sure where else to share. Anyone have a nice collection of legit shinies cultivated over the years? Let the child in me live vicariously.

the only shiny i've ever found in my 15 years playing pokemon was a pidgey on a SoulSilver Emulator
rage quit the nuzlocke so i lost it forever (not like I could really do anything with it on an emulator, though)

Ruby was a Carvanha, FireRed was a Tentacool, Diamond was a Porygon, Platinum was a Geodude, SS was a Mareep, Black and Black 2 I didn't find shit, I never finished Y, Mankey in OR, Beheeyem in US.

Just started replaying Platinum, ran into a shiny Buneary.

The only shinies I found with out any help was a gloom and a sentret on my HG cartridge

I did find a shiny tangela and frogadier in friend safaris on my Y version but I never counted them since the shiny rates were higher there

I found a buizel on my diamond by poke radar chaining and I’ve had fun SOS chaining, I got a shiny bagon, rockruff, and dewpider on my Sun cart and a mareep on my UltraMoon

My ds died though in my sleep and I never saved after getting the mareep unfortunately

Actually, he might fit well in place of my Beedrill slave. Haven't needed cut in a while it seems, and I'll finish dark cave real quick as that's next up and probably won't need flash and rock smash.
Won't get smacked silly by ground either. Though I was raising a Nidorino to replace him, and stone at 43.

I probably will. Look up thread and I kind of bitched about it more than zubat it (both shit on that clown looking golbat). Mostly for aping gengar being why the design is good.

I never cared much about shinies and never really tried to go out of my way to get them, but then I stumbled on a shiny magneton on accident. That one was my first, which was pretty awesome because I love magnezone.
Another was a shiny dunsparce that came to me over wondertrade. I'd never use dunsparce, but I love that someone actually bothered to put that out in to the wondertrade void.

Oddish in Emerald, Sandshrew in White2 (maybe Black2, I forgot), then a handful of shinies from the friend Safaris in Y including my first in the gen which was a Sigilyph I named HotRodFlames. In the Moon prerelease leak I snagged a shiny Zubat much like yours via an SOS I was used to train speed in Diglett's cave. Sun cart got me a shiny Stuffel. I've gotten a few shines from US recently via SOS and Ultra Space, but the best one was a female Sandalit that popped naturally out of nowhere while I was looking for the 1% spawn rate Larvesta.
