I mean you're close to in game, at least stance wise, but your shading needs work and no pokemon game uses full black outlines around the whole sprite, only as a shader.

R8 my starters please. I only have the first stages, because I am bad and am trying to learn how to draw.

They have a mythical theme with Fawna being based on a faun or satyr, Hippool being a literal take on a Hippocamp, and Smomba being based on the double headed serpent from aztec mythology.

Thinking Grass/Fairy, Water/Psychic, Fire/Dragon or Fire/Poison.
