This maybe a bit of some reaching, but can this be evidence that there is a guy or a group of trolls who are actively Cheating Incineroar into high spots in polls? Weathered it'd be big polls or little polls, and potentially even that one official poll that came not too long ago. Before you say

I'm not a Owlfag, but you're right, I don't have any evidence. But I did notice that same Incineroarfan who posts here casually that always called Incineroar by his Japanese name. And yes he's in the thread up there too.
