>you've got the time and the desire to play through two games in the same region (basically, if you're on a pokemon kick)
>you like building different teams and/or you like unova pokemon from what you've seen of them
>you like "after stories" or seeing characters and settings grow
otherwise, play b2w2 and then go back to b1w1 when you want to

If you’re going to play both, play them in order. You don’t necessarily have to, though. If you don’t care that much about the story, it’s fine to skip straight to BW2.

why would they need to patch it
its got a completely different selection of wild pokemon, different gyms, neo team plasma, a new rival and protag, new champion, a continuation of bws story, the pwt, and so much more

In my gen6 games, no matter in what month I set my 3DS I only get the Spring Deerling/Sawsbuck, I have to wait to get the other seasons or it only appears in this form?

Actually looked it up, it's a month real time that it changes. Not sure if the actual time you start the game changes anything though
